Well hello again to the three readers of our blog. :) I know that we haven't been gone long but we are back once again. As you will see there will be more pictures, entries, and even a new thing, VIDEOS!!! I never could figure out how to insert a video into our wordpress blog and hopefully by the time our Botanical Blog is back up and running I will have figured out how. There is also the possibility that we may just stick with blogger so that we aren't creating a gazillion different blogs and then leaving them to take up room in cyberspace. Whatever we decide to do either this blog or the Botanical Blog will have a link to the other so that we can have access to our blog archives.
Speaking of the Botanical blog I would like to make our first Botanical entry. As I may (or may not) have mentioned Brandon and I are trying our hand at a garden this year. We eagerly bought our seeds, a tomato plant, some pea plants and some trellis supplies. Last Sunday we got the trellis put up and planted the tomato plants and peas. I was in a hurry to get the actual plants in the ground because the sun doesn't shine into our apartment very well and I was worried that they would die before we got them planted. Well, unfortunately the weather turned cold again and while the peas are still looking just as well as they did before, our little tomato plant is barely limping along. I am hoping that it perks back up before it turns cold again and yes we realize that it was too early to be planting a tomato. Doh! Luckily it was just one plant and we didn't plant the tomato seeds yet. Today we planted jalepenos, onions, and bell peppers.
Now we are off to Desert Star to see The Wizard of Odd. I have a lot more to write about so I will have to write more later. T.T.F.N.
