I have been doing some exercise to videos on youtube for a company called ReFit Rev. The boys wanted to join me so here we are.
When I was through they wanted to dance to Uptown Funk. :) I can tell you the moves are a lot different then what you see them doing here.
Lastly, Lucas was enjoying this spray at the splash pad and wanted me to take a video of him. So I did. Simple joys.
